SunGrabber Warranty - Making a Claim

To make a claim on a SunGrabber product, contact the retailer or distributor who sold the unit and provide the following information:

 
  • The unit type/model

  • The defect

  • The date of purchase

It may be necessary to also provide evidence that the unit was properly installed (e.g., photos) in accordance with the installation instructions.

SunGrabber, or its authorized representative, will determine whether to repair or replace the malfunctioning solar heating unit. If repairing the unit is the best option, the owner is responsible for returning the unit to the retailer or distributor. If replacing the unit is the best option, the owner is responsible for the difference in price between the cost of a new unit and the prorated value of the defective unit.
