SunGrabber Warranty - What is Covered?

SunGrabber 10 Year Limited Warranty - Summary:

 
Coverage Apply's to: What is not Covered:
 
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Defects in the panel or header

  • The original owner only

  • The replacement or repair of the SunGrabber unit only

  • Defects arising out of normal use for the solar heating of water for an in-ground or above ground pool.

  • Damage due to inappropriate use or accidents (including improper installation)

  • Damage due to improper maintenance (e.g., water freezing in the panels)

  • Costs of associated parts (e.g., pool pump) or labor (e.g., for repair or reinstallation)

  • Defects that do not affect performance of the unit

  • Normal wear and aging of the unit (e.g., minor fading of panel color)

SunGrabber makes no warrantees on product performance (e.g., how warm it can heat your pool or for how quickly it can heat your pool). The performance of the SunGrabber unit depends on multiple variables outside of SunGrabber's control, such as, location and angle of mounted panels, size of pool, number of panels used, and the amount of sunlight received.
