Tankless (or instantaneous) water heaters can be successfully integrated into a Sungrabber solar water heating system. A tempering valve is required for this configuration, but depending on the brand and model of tankless water heater, the valve placement may vary. Your installer will confirm placement of the tempering valve and compatibility with the Sungrabber system.
